| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Brakes, transmission and valve seals. | |
| General comments? | Have had problems with front brakes right from the gate. Understand the brake problems were rectified with the 2001 model. Have experienced puffs of exhaust smoke when starting engine. Just recently began experiencing a transmission noise (clunking) when shifting to overdrive. I have the Limited and like the looks, nice ride, low cabin noise. Waiting to see the extent of transmission problems before I decide on going with a 2003. | |
