| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Severe vibration when braking. A repair job that can cost as much as $2,000 with no assurance that the vibration won't reappear in a few thousand miles. | |
| General comments? | For over 35 years, I've heard people say never buy a first-year model car for they haven't had a chance to get bugs out. The single biggest mistake I've ever made in my car buying experience was to purchase the first year (2000) Tundra. Toyota completely failed in regards to the its brakes. | |
