 What things have gone wrong with the car?The paint is thin and will chip easily like most Japanese vehicles. The transmission has a slight hesitation on the first to second upshift when accelerating aggressively. Also it sometimes exhibits a slight "clunk" when stopped. I had an O2 sensor go out under warranty, I have heard that this is a common problem. I have also had the rear window latch break like other people have reported.
 
 
 General comments?So far this has been a great truck (30,000 miles). I haven't had any problems with the brakes or 4 wheel drive system that other people have had. The V8 motor has lots of power and I get 17 mpg with a mix of highway and stop and go driving. I have done some limited towing (5000 lbs.) with no problems. The interior is slightly smaller than the big three, but for a couple of adults and small kids it is fine. I would definetly buy the next generation. I would only hope that they give it a little bigger engine and a manual transmission. Also make a 3
